How do I create my Shopium store?

Sign up for a free account at shopium.tn/register, choose a template from our marketplace, and follow the setup wizard to add your products, configure payments, and launch your store. no coding required. The whole process takes under 30 minutes.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes. all plans come with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial period so you can build and test your store before committing to a subscription.

Can I connect my own domain name?

Absolutely. From your dashboard go to Settings → Domain and follow the DNS configuration instructions. We support all major domain registrars. SSL is automatically provisioned and renewed at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as local Tunisian payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Invoices are emailed automatically after each payment.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your store stays active until the end of the current billing period. Note that all payments are final. we do not offer refunds for unused time. See our Terms of Service for full details.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll notify you by email immediately. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment details under Settings → Billing. If payment is not resolved within that window, access to paid features will be temporarily suspended until the balance is cleared.

I forgot my password. how do I reset it?

Go to the Forgot Password page, enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@shopium.tn.

How do I change my registered email address?

Navigate to Settings → Account → Email and enter your new address. A verification link will be sent to the new address to confirm the change. For security, this also triggers a notification to your old email address.

How do I permanently delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. We recommend exporting your store data first. Once confirmed, your store and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can I switch templates after launching my store?

Yes. you can preview and switch to any template at any time from the Theme section of your dashboard. Your products, orders, and settings are preserved when switching. We recommend previewing on a staging environment before publishing to live.

Can I customise fonts, colors, and layouts without coding?

Yes. our drag-and-drop Template Editor lets you change colors, fonts, section layouts, images, and more without writing a single line of code. Advanced users can also inject custom CSS for deeper customisation from Theme → Advanced → Custom CSS.

My store is showing a 500 error. what should I do?

First, try clearing your browser cache and reloading. If the error persists, check our status page for any ongoing incidents. If your store is the only one affected, contact us at support@shopium.tn with your store URL, the page where the error occurs, and a screenshot. we'll investigate promptly.

How do I integrate Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics?

Go to Settings → Integrations and paste your Pixel ID or GA Measurement ID into the corresponding field. The tracking code is automatically injected across all store pages. no manual code editing needed.

How do I report a bug or security vulnerability?

For bugs, use the contact form above and select "Technical / bug report". For security vulnerabilities, please email security@shopium.tn directly with full details. We take security reports seriously and aim to acknowledge them within 24 hours. Please do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly before we've had a chance to address them.
